Making Prototype Puppets

We have made 5 different prototype puppets. Prototype means a practise. We made our puppets in a group. After we had learnt how to make and control the puppets we planned our own puppet based on the book 'Fantastic Mr Fox'.

Sports Day 20/11/11

On the 20/11/11 we had a day called house competition sports day. 

Printing Islamic tiles

Here we can see Saransh and Sofia printing their Islamic art. To do this we need to draw a pattern onto a piece of paper. Then we traced it onto a polystyrene tile. We printed these designs onto A2 paper.

Shadow puppets

When we started shadow puppets we found out that shadow puppets are made by cardboard and they block the light try to get to a piece of paper or white board. To be continued!

Coming to Dubai

Hi! My name is Emma and I moved to Dubai in the middle of the school year last year.  I come from South Africa.
When I moved here I was a bit shy to see all the people.
But the interesting thing was most of the people made sure that I was fitting in and happy.

Our best project

1)Our favourite project was are skeletons.
2)We liked skeltons because we learned new body parts that we never knew.
3) We liked the project because we had to trace around people's bodies.

Reasons we`ve come to DUBAI

1.To get some money or get a job
2.They shifted because they have a job here
3.Because there country is to cold or to hot
